Rohos Logon Key is the only software that allows to use USB flash drive as a 2-factor security key to access Windows Remote Desktop. It also supports Web Based remote desktop access with USB Key.
If you have enabled a virtual channels application in your Terminal Services deployment, you can make Rohos Logon available on client computers that access the terminal server by means of the Web Page.
To make a Rohos Logon virtual channel application available:
- In the connection page of the Terminal Services Web application running on your Web server, access the PluginDlls property of the IMsTscAdvancedSettings interface to specify the name of Rohos virtual channel DLL. Use the following code:
MsRdpClient.AdvancedSettings.PluginDlls = “rohosobj.dll”
- Ensure that the Rohos Logon client-side component “rohosobj.dll” of the virtual channels application is installed in the %windir%\system32 directory. This is done by installing Rohos Logon Key on the client PCs or by creating a special USB flash drive with pre-installed Rohos component.
